- Formal advisory mandate with documented scope, deliverables, and accountability
- Exclusive representation of the housing society — no dual-party advisory
- Continuous accountability from feasibility stage through Occupation Certificate

Engagement is governed through a formal written advisory mandate defining scope, accountability, and reporting obligations prior to commencement of any redevelopment phase.
Our advisory structure is governed by formal mandate — ensuring conflict-free, society-exclusive representation at every stage of the redevelopment lifecycle.
